SEGULA Technologies seeks an EES Engineer to support design robustness across HW/SW/Mech in new vehicle projects. You will serve as the quality representative in design, deploying methodologies to guarantee internal design quality and EE systems validation.

The role emphasizes aligning QMS to EES, updating design processes, and coaching teams through APQP/PPAP and TR gates, with a focus on systemic quality improvements and life-cycle robustness.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Systems/Mechatronics/Automotive Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in Engineering Management, Electrical Engineering, or Quality Management.

Responsabilidades

• Align the Quality Management System to EES.
• Formalize and update engineering and quality design processes.
• Train and support engineering and quality design processes.
• Set up EES operational scheduling and support the profession.
• Monitor the performance of engineering and design quality processes.
• Maintain EES top hat, platform and modules.
• Manage parts monitored through APQP.
• Evaluate and measure the maturity of QMS requirements.
• Support and update the Engineering Handbook for EES.
• Provide QA methodological support on APQP/PPAP and Design Approval (TR).
• Increase skills to train, coach, and qualify core teams in QA processes.
• Contribute to robustness of life evolutions and Change Management.
