Job Description

We are seeking an EES (Electrical Electronic Systems) Engineer to support the Engineering Product Development Process within our engineering organization focused on new vehicle projects. The QE will serve as the quality representative in the design department, ensuring the robustness of the design process. The mission is to deploy, audit, and contribute to methodologies that guarantee internal quality in design, integration, and EE systems validation (HW, SW, Mechanical) on new projects.

Qualifications

Key responsibilities include:

• Align the Quality Management System to EES
• Formalize and update engineering and quality design processes and communicate them
• Train and support engineering and quality design processes
• Establish EES operational scheduling and support the profession
• Monitor the performance of engineering and design quality processes
• Formalize and maintain EES top hat, platform, and modules
• Manage parts through APQP
• Evaluate and measure the maturity of QMS requirements
• Support and update the Engineering Handbook (EHB) for EES
• Provide methodological support for Quality Assurance (analysis, coaching on APQP/PPAP, Design Approval TR)
• Train, coach, and qualify core team stakeholders in Quality Assurance Processes
• Contribute to serial life evolution robustness and Change Management
