Joyson Safety Systems seeks a Quality Engineer to monitor and support quality audits within a manufacturing environment. You will lead corrective actions, analyze data and drive defect reduction while ensuring Ford and customer-specific requirements are met.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree, hands-on quality experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in quality engineering within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, FMEA, APQP, SPC, RCA.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and support Quality Auditors to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Lead COPQ reduction and continuous improvement projects.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data and drive defect reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Ford and customer-specific requirements.
• Track quality KPIs and support achievement of customer SCR targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality.
