The Opportunity
Leads and supports E2E Product Quality Programs and Co-manufacturing Quality and Food Safety system compliance across LATAM sites. Verifies that the Quality & Food Safety System (QAS) is implemented in all LATAM co-manufacturing plants, ensuring product consistency follows design plans. Verifies that approved co-manufacturers demonstrate compliance with established requirements to conduct business in LATAM. Ensures raw materials and reception processes meet PepsiCo standards, with proper analysis and actions upon deviations, coordinating Supplier Performance Management with multifunctional teams to mitigate risks. Supports sensory evaluation programs with FSQA and manufacturing sites to ensure proper calibration, resources, and methodology to deliver high-quality products.

Who Are We Looking For?
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
Over 10 years in quality, R&D, or production roles with proven ability to implement quality programs in food manufacturing facilities and warehouses. Deep knowledge of food regulations, manufacturing processes, and quality management systems. Strong results focus, risk management, networking, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Fluent in English and Spanish; basic Portuguese. Knowledge of metrology, lab operations, HACCP, sampling, chemistry, statistical process control, and digital tools like Power BI. Leadership in end-to-end quality processes, risk assessment, and external standards. Ability to manage diverse teams across countries and collaborate across functions.
