Job summary

Flex is seeking a Quality Compliance Manager in Guadalajara to lead Regulatory and Quality Systems audits. You will ensure conformance with regulations and internal policies, and drive improvement across the site.

This role reports to the Quality Director and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to support customer and corporate quality goals. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, strong English, and hands-on experience with ISO 9001/TL 9000 and SMT/polymeric

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering is preferred.
• Consistent experience in quality within manufacturing and electronics industries.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/TL 9000.
• Experience with SMT or polymeric processes.
• Experience with regulatory agencies (UL, CSA, CCC, among others).
• Knowledge in AS 9100 (aerospace) will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold the quality compliance team and assure conformance to regulatory and quality system requirements.
• Perform internal audits and review results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Engage in external audit processes with customers, regulators, and government agencies.
• Verify the proper implementation and effectiveness of applicable regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Help areas implement regulatory and quality requirements into their processes.
• Develop training programs on regulations or quality systems.
• Prepare audit plans, checklists, and reports; maintain audit records.
• Plan and follow up on area/process audits as required.
• Participate in external audits and close out corrective actions with timely effectiveness.
• Create audit reports and document any non-conformances or opportunities for improvement.
