Freudenberg seeks a Quality Inspector in Lerma, Mexico to perform raw material inspections, ensure process quality, and manage documentation within the integrated management system. The role emphasizes material traceability, release of finished goods, and adherence to quality standards.

Candidate should have a technical high school background, at least 3 years in quality, and prefer English proficiency. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong focus on problem

Formación

• Technical high school education required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality.
• Experience with measurement instruments is required.
• English preferred.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Inspection of raw material.
• 1.1 Inspection of raw materials to to get in the plant.
• 1.2 Identify raw materials according to the traceability
• 1.3 Report when the raw material specifications are not accomplished.
• 2. Ensure the process
• 2.1 Release of first piece.
• 2.2 Identification and traceability.
• 2.3 Ensuring status of the measuring, inspection and testing equipment.
• 2.4 Following and implementation to corrective and preventive actions.
• 2.5 Perform comprehensive audit process.
• 2.6 Spread and follow customer complains (quality, broadcast alerts and logs).
• 2.7 Organization and implementation of contentions at 100% in case of non-conformities in products and materials.
• 2.8 Control of nonconforming product (coordination and re works inspection, segregation and disposition of non-conforming product).
• 2.9 Assurance of Poka Yokes by negative runs. (Red rabbits).
• 3. Manage documents and records of the integrated management system (formats and reports).
• 3.1 Document and control the results of the inspections of raw materials.
• 3.2 Document and control the results of inspection of finished products.
• 3.3 Document the results of the audits according to procedures and instructions.
• Tracking finished product.
• 4.1 Release of finished product.
• 4.2 Inspect attributes and dimensions of the finished product before shipping to the customer.
• 4.3 Ensure the box or pallet contains the quantity and the required documentation.
• 4.4 Fulfill the annual Lay Out plan versus the drawing.
• 4.5 Shipment audits.
• 4.6 Decline and report product which does not fulfill the client specifications.
• Fulfill the program and goals of the department.
• 5.1 Process program audit.
• 5.2 Scrap objective.
• 5.3 Customer complains.
• 5.4 Fulfill the minimum required of 5´s.
• 5.5 Production per hour (mandrels and/or pieces).
• 5.6 PPM's indicator customers and suppliers
• 5.7 Major and minor non-conformities.
• 6. Ecology, health, Safety and Hygiene
• 6.1 Collaborate actively in all programs, campaigns and activities focus at caring for the environment (reforestation, recycling, etc.).
• 6.2 Provide your creativity and active participation in company initiatives aimed at protecting the environment.
• 6.3 Know Vibracoustic de Mexico SA de C.V. policies, objectives and procedures focused on health care, safety and hygiene at work.
• 6.4 Never endanger the physical safety neither our colleagues.
• 6.5 Use your personal protective equipment fulfilling the standards of health, safety and hygiene at work. Promoting always the use of protective equipment assigned.
• 6.6 Actively participate in the programs, campaigns and activities focused on health care, safety and hygiene at work (Brigades, Simulations, Coaching, Training).
• 6.7 Apply the rules, procedures, and indicators in matter of quality, ecology and safety, in a way to eliminate or minimize the environmental pollution in terms of water, air soil, as well as the working risks and unsafety conditions.
