Vibracoustic is seeking a Logistics Manager in Toluca to oversee material flow, coordinate logistics projects, and enhance operational efficiency. Applicants should have an academic background in logistics or engineering, with a minimum of 5 years experience in the automotive industry and proven leadership skills. Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or managerial roles in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge in logistics and production flows, warehouse and material flow planning.
• Experience managing complex projects and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Definition and continuous improvement of material flow and warehouse standards (process, equipment, …) within the plants.
• Definition and coordination of logistics standards and projects for operational efficiency, cost drivers, KPIs, logistics benchmark.
• Identification of logistics related improvement potentials in the plants, good/best practices within/outside VC regarding process, factory layout, equipment for material flow, warehouse, KPIs, …
• Run and participate in global, cross functional / department projects to support with logistics know how.
• Logistics Assessments concept across plants to develop and maintain.

Qualifications

• Academic degree with main focus on logistics or engineering.
• Project & process management in the area of logistics processes.
• Management experiences and leadership within projects.
• Min. 5 years of experience in same or Manager Logistics Plant positions in the automotive industry.
• Project Management of complex projects and international teams.
• Lean Experience (Lean Black Belt certification).
• Knowledge of ERP system (SAP).
• Knowledge in Logistics and production flows, warehouse and material flow planning.
• Advanced English.
