About the Role:

We are looking for aQuality Assurance (QA) Engineerto join a fast-paced AI-driven SaaS startup that builds innovative solutions for research workflows. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our software products meet the highest quality standards through manual and automated testing.

This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on with automation frameworks, proactive in quality practices, and thrives in agile startup environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
• Build and maintain automation frameworks usingSelenium,TestNG, andJUnit
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality from the start
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and define acceptance criteria
• Perform API testing using tools likePostmanorRestAssured
• Utilize Git for version control and maintain test scripts across environments
• Provide timely feedback on defects and support continuous improvement processes

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science,Engineering, or related field
• 2+ yearsof experience insoftware QA, covering both manual and automation testing
• Hands-on experience withtest automation toolssuch as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit
• Proficiency inJavafor writing automation scripts
• Strong understanding ofSDLC,STLC, andAgile methodologies
• Experience working withGitfor version control

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience withAPI testingusing Postman or RestAssured
• Familiarity withBDD frameworkslike Cucumber
• Exposure tocloud-based testing platformslike BrowserStack
• Mobile testing experience (manual or using Appium)
