Job Description: Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for managing all internal quality improvements and customer quality reports, as well as participating in global quality system improvement activities.

General Responsibilities
  1. Manage all assigned quality assurance team members and report team successes and opportunities to the Director of Quality Assurance and Development.
  2. Share and implement best practices across all business units.
  3. Oversee activities of the Quality Management System.
  4. Ensure effective time management and operational support.
  5. Develop and report Quality Assurance measures and metrics, identifying trends and process improvement opportunities for each project.
  6. Manage training and other departmental activities.
Experience / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
  • Accountability in achieving goals and standards.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
  • Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for effective teamwork across all organizational levels, including with suppliers and external customers.
