The role involves collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, addressing manufacturing requirements, and providing mentorship. Ideal candidates should possess a relevant engineering degree and significant experience in quality assurance, along with strong communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience in quality.
• Knowledge of GM Quality System / GMS BIQ.
• Experience with Quality Launch Plan and Global Quality Manual.

Responsabilidades

• Drive requirements and standard methodologies of the manufacturing launch quality system.
• Support new product launches and provide technical updates.
• Coach and audit GM Quality Manual principles.

Job Title: JR-202509538 Quality Assurance Leader (Level 7)

Work Location: On-site (full-time)

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate across manufacturing disciplines to drive requirements, procedures, metrics, and standard methodologies of the manufacturing launch quality system.
2. Address manufacturing requirements in the global product development process and support launch improvement initiatives.
3. Proficiency in vehicle/propulsion manufacturing and GM Quality System / GMS BIQ elements.
4. Knowledge of the Quality Launch Plan and the Global Quality Manual requirements.
5. Coach, teach, and audit GM Quality Manual and GMS BIQ Principles.
6. Provide honest and constructive feedback to plant staff and leadership.
7. Travel to GMNA plants as required.
8. Present technical updates and mentorship on complex problems.
9. Support new product launches in the plant.

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in quality.
• Knowledge of GMS (Global Manufacturing System).
• Advanced English skills.
• Effective communication and personnel management skills.
