GE Aerospace in Saltillo seeks a Site Quality Leader to champion quality across manufacturing, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong SQDC performance. You will lead quality staff, partner with operations, engineering, supply chain, and suppliers, and sustain the site quality management system.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 5+ years in quality management and leadership.
• Experience with quality management systems, root cause analysis, CAPA, and audits.
• Aviation quality systems knowledge (AS9100) is highly desirable; Six Sigma preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the quality team and set priorities across the site.
• Own site-level quality strategy, KPIs, and operating rhythms aligned with requirements.
• Manage and improve the quality management system ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop metrics (scrap, rework, escapes, first pass yield, COQ) to drive improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics and established methods.
• Champion FLIGHT DECK culture of problem solving and accountability across the site.
• Oversee nonconforming material, containment actions, and audit responses.
• Influence cross-functional quality improvements and data quality across functions.
