Senior Consultant – Automotive Logistics & Industrialization- Quality Assurance

Job Summary

We are looking for 4 experienced Senior Consultants to support a critical logistics and industrialization project for a major automotive client. This 6-month assignment (with possible extension) focuses on ensuring process stability, production ramp-up support, and OEE improvement for key suppliers to avoid supply shortages and safeguard production.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure process stabilization and secure production capacity across logistics systems
• Monitor industrialization progress and identify process bottlenecks
• Support ramp-up production planning and supplier readiness toward SOP
• Calculate and track OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness); identify main disruptors
• Define corrective actions, assign responsible parties, and monitor implementation deadlines
• Present daily performance indicators and reports to our customer
• Assist suppliers in planning and executing both temporary and permanent control measures
• Track production volume versus OEM requirements and report deviations proactively
• Support supplier failure management processes and provide structured problem-solving coaching
• Be available for on-site shifts, including night shift coverage when necessary

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven senior-level experience in the automotive industry
• VDA certification (a MUST)
• Expertise in industrialization and technology transfer
• Deep knowledge in logistics and supply chain management
• Experience with critical suppliers and strong problem-solving capabilities
• Leadership mindset with an objective-driven, hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and reporting skills for management-level stakeholders
• High resilience and ability to perform under pressure
• Fluent in English
