A leading electronics company in Mexicali seeks a Quality Analyst to collect and analyze customer complaints, prepare quality reports, and assist in quality improvement activities. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in quality or customer service, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and good communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required. This is an entry-level position with growth opportunities.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in quality or customer service.
• Basic understanding of quality tools like Pareto and 5Why.
• Good communication skills in English; Korean is a plus.

• Manage return parts and coordinate with service teams for inspection and analysis.
• Assist in local quality improvement activities and data validation.
• Participate in new product quality monitoring during launch phase.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• 1–3 years of experience in quality or customer service (entry-level also acceptable).
• Basic understanding of quality tools (Pareto, Fishbone, 5Why, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills in English; Korean is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
