An established industry player is seeking a Quality and Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day production and ensure quality standards for vehicle assembly. Quality and Operations Lead is responsible for collaborating with Stellantis Brands, Logistics, Fleet, Product Development, Marketing, Purchasing, and Quality groups within NAFTA to ensure all Vehicle Custom Shop Assembly operational attributes are in place and launches are effectively coordinated within the defined timelines, meeting volume and revenue expectations. He/She oversees day-to-day production at MCSs to meet quality requirements for Stellantis-owned vehicles processed through these facilities. The role serves as the primary contact between Mopar, assembly plants, and up-fit suppliers on all operations and quality matters.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, fluency in English (reporting to the US), and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Technical knowledge required includes PFMEA, Control Plan, PSO, PPAP processes, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM), vehicle assembly, logistics, quality systems, supplier readiness reviews, and operational efficiency enablers is preferred.
