Jobtailor in Chihuahua, Mexico seeks a Warranty Data Analyst to drive quality metrics and warranty reporting. You will manage data from the Quality AI platform, build dashboards in Power BI, and support cross−functional teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, preparing reports in Excel and PowerPoint, and developing 8D problem solving processes. English is required; experience with Power Apps and Python is a plus. This role values innovation and proactive analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Intermediate-advanced English level.
• Knowledge of internal combustion engine operation.
• PowerPoint and Excel presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel macros, Power Apps, dashboards, Power BI, and Python.
• Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, Six Sigma, PDCA, GEMBA.
• Collaborates well in multicultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Order warranty components and engines from dealerships using low-time-in-service and high-time-in-service systems.
• Track requested warranty components and update Excel reports using data from the Quality AI platform.
• Attend problem-resolution meetings with different teams from various departments.
• Provide warranty information to different teams to eliminate quality issues for the end customer.
• Prepare reports and update quality metrics monthly.
• Handle special requests for report preparation and warranty data analysis.
• Participate in meetings with the product development team and critical suppliers on warranty-related topics.
• Prepare PowerPoint formats for high-time-in-service engine analysis.
• Support innovation projects through the use of AI.
• Create new tools to streamline team processes and tasks, including Power Apps and dashboards using macros, databases, Power BI, Python, and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Interpret blueprints/drawings using GD&T knowledge.
• Develop 8Ds for complex product development or manufacturing problems.
• Support production floor testing for engineering changes.
• Lead work meetings for quality problem resolution.

Requirements

• Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Excel (macros), Power Apps, dashboards, Power BI, Python
