The Eaton IS VEH EMB division is seeking a QMS Coordinator to drive the Quality Management System across the site and supply chain. You will write and update procedures, lead audits, and train teams to uphold ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
Responsibilities include managing internal and external audits, maintaining quality manuals and procedures, and promoting Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Process Improvement Engineers.

Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
Contributes to developing the Quality strategy, policies, processes, standards and systems for the Company and its supply chain to operate within. May undertake auditing to ensure compliance although this may be carried out by a third party accredited body. Responsible for operating the Quality Management System (QMS), writing and updating procedures and processes to support the QMS development. Lead and undertake audits across all areas of the business as well as across the supply chain. Provide training and champion the Quality Management System. Work on many phases or sub-tasks of projects or entire projects of moderate complexity, with results impacting on project completion. Work under general supervision, reviewed at project milestones and/or on completion by Senior Management.
Core Tools, APQP, SPC, PPAP, PFMEA/CP, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Statistical/Minitab, Six Sigma, Drawing Interpretation, Strong communication, 8D management, Engineering Changes & Validation management, Finance knowledge, GD&T, IPC requirements, decision taker, Engineering background.
