TE Connectivity is seeking a Manufacturing Quality professional to advance quality controls across manufacturing lines. The role emphasizes robust inspection processes, detailed testing, audits, and defect prevention to ensure product integrity.

You will collaborate with engineering and production teams to address complex quality issues and mentor junior staff, while maintaining strict documentation and compliance standards.

Formación

• 5-6 years of related work experience.
• High school diploma required.
• AA degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement advanced quality control and inspection techniques across manufacturing processes.
• Conduct detailed quality inspections, tests, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance and robustness.
• Document, analyze, and report quality results to drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve complex quality issues and systemic defects.
• Provide technical training, inspection guidance, and mentorship to junior technicians and quality staff.
