Hitachi Energy in Mexico seeks a QHSE Coordinator to strengthen our Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental performance across local operations. You will maintain and improve the integrated management system, promote a proactive safety culture, and partner with operations to embed QHSE requirements.
The role leads risk assessments, audits, training, and continuous improvement while ensuring ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 compliance.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with focus on safety, quality or environment.
- Experience in Health, Safety and Environment in industrial, energy, electrical or manufacturing settings.
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Advanced English and fluent Spanish required.
- DC-3, DC-5, First Aid and Fire Prevention certifications are preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate and improve the integrated management system per ISO standards.
- Lead audits, inspections, and corrective actions to ensure compliance.
- Promote proactive health, safety, and environmental culture across operations.
- Support training, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement.
- Partner with project teams to embed QHSE requirements daily.
