A leading company seeks a QAD Techno-Functional Role responsible for guiding systems to business process integration. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, lead technical development projects, and work closely with the business to translate requirements. Successful candidates will drive the entire project lifecycle from estimation to delivery.

Formación

• Strong QAD product knowledge essential.
• Technical project estimation and resource coordination skills required.
• Experience in preparing technical/functional specifications necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for technical/development project estimation.
• Plan and coordinate resources for project solution development.
• Prepare and review functional specifications with business analysts.

Knowledge of different Manufacturing Processes

Ability to translate Complex Business Process requirements to Systems Landscape

Work as Level 2 / Level 3 support

Descripción del empleo

Responsible for performing the lead role of Systems to Business Process Integration. The QAD Techno-Functional Role expects the combination of excellent product knowledge and software development processes.

Skills:

• Solutions and QAD Cross Module Expertise
• Good knowledge of different Manufacturing Processes
• Ability to translate Complex Business Process requirements to Systems Landscape and vice versa
• Work as Level 2 / Level 3 support on call support for Customer reported issues or grievances
• Provide on-time / on-budget design, development, installation, and technical/development support of QAD products as per customer landscape
• Carrying out system study, understanding the functional requirements and preparing the functional specifications
• Coaching and mentoring on Technical/ Product/ Functional skills for the project team
• Understanding third-party systems and supporting interface issues
• Nice to Have: Progress 4 GL development (debug the codes and fix issues)

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and take responsibility for technical/development project estimation and follow-up
• Plan & coordinate resources necessary to complete project solution development and implementation
• Preparation of technical/Functional specifications
• Preparation of test cases and test scenarios and review with Business
• Review the functional specifications and interact with end-user / Business analyst for clarifications
