Concord Servicing is building an in-house QA team for its Link platform. The QA Engineer role is hands-on, testing core features, validating migrations, and maintaining automated Playwright tests (C#). You will collaborate with developers, implementation, and configuration teams to ensure quality before client issues arise.

Required: 4+ years in software QA, experience with Playwright/Selenium/Cypress, strong English, and familiarity with SQL/C#. AI-assisted testing tools a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software QA including test automation.
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress for automation.
• Hands-on with SQL and data validation during migrations.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).

Responsabilités

• Test new features and product scripts in Link before client release.
• Create scenario-based tests for loan activity balances and allocations.
• Maintain Playwright (C#) automated tests and regression suite.
• Collaborate with developers, implementation, and configuration teams to resolve issues.
• Review requirements early to identify gaps and risks.
