Job summary

Concord Servicing is expanding its QA team to ensure the reliability of the Link platform. The QA Engineer will design and execute tests across payments, statements, and migrations, and maintain Playwright-based test suites while leveraging AI tools to accelerate test creation and debugging.

You will collaborate with developers, implementation, and configuration teams to validate data integrity and verify client workflows, ensuring a high-quality experience for users and clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software QA, including test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Experience with AI tools to write, review, and debug tests and code.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Working knowledge of SQL, C#, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Test new features and client-facing workflows in Link before release.
• Maintain automated Playwright (C#) test suite and regression tests.
• Write SQL queries to compare balances and details across environments.
• Collaborate with developers and configuration teams to resolve issues.
• Document test plans and results for stakeholder review.
