Job summary

Concord Servicing is building an in-house QA team to ensure the quality and reliability of the Link platform. The QA Engineer will design and maintain automated tests (Playwright in C#), validate data integrity during migrations, and collaborate with developers and configuration teams to catch issues before clients are affected.

The role requires hands-on testing of core features, client-facing workflows, and regression suites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software QA, including test automation.
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or a similar automation tool.
• Strong SQL, C#, and JavaScript skills for data validation and testing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Test new features and changes in Link to ensure quality and reliability.
• Build scenario-based tests and maintain the automated Playwright regression suite.
• Validate client data migrations and write SQL queries to compare data across environments.
• Collaborate with developers, implementation, and configuration teams to resolve issues.
• Use AI tools to accelerate test creation and review AI-generated tests.
