Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Lead the quality performance of their respective project through data collection and determination of root causes, coordinating and directing the CIT to ensure quality according to the established standards and requirements of the process and product client.
Knowledge of Standards: IPC 610, 7711-7721 Repair and modification of Electronic Circuits, Customer Workmanship, Ademdeums if applicable, ISO9000, ISO 14000, TL9000, SPC, 5s, 8D, CCN & CCAR AGILE system, Six Sigma.
Updating of Visual Aids of the inspections.
Lead and update QCP AND FMEA of your project.
Follow-up to Customer Complaints.
Lead project quality week meeting.
Follow-up to weekly meetings with the client.
Coordinate Auditors and Quality Technicians in the three Shifts.
Lead continuous improvement projects in the production line (Kaizen, Green Belt, Black Belt).
Generation of Quality Reports with the client.
Client Audit.
Follow-up to internal audits.
Tracking OBA Rejections.
Yield analysis in production lines.
