  • Collect, interpret, and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions
  • Support the development of dashboards, reports and visualizations using tools like PowerPoint and Tableau
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of the data used for analysis

Your role and responsibilities

Master Data Analyst

The Master Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the management and maintenance of financial master data across multiple enterprise systems. This role requires a strong combination of analytical skills, attention to detail, financial knowledge, and customer service capabilities.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure master data is accurate, complete, consistent, and available to support business operations and financial processes.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in financial systems, master data management, finance operations, accounting, or a related role.
  • Experience working with ERP or enterprise business systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines and SLAs.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • English proficiency required.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Experience with Evolve or similar financial/master data management platforms.
  • Experience supporting SAP master data processes.
  • Knowledge of financial data governance, controls, and audit requirements.
  • Experience with data migration, data cleansing, or master data transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in a shared services, BPO, or global delivery environment.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other workflow and ticket management platforms.
  • Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, General Ledger, or other finance processes.
  • Experience identifying opportunities for process standardization and automation
