Job summary

Ericsson in Mexico City is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support US and international entities. You will supervise vendor data accuracy, approve requisitions, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues while driving process improvements.

The role requires 1–3 years in AP or accounting operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems like Oracle/SAP. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in Accounts Payable or accounting operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Ability to work with US and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Accounts Payable and purchasing activities for US and international entities.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members; help prioritize work.
• Review, verify, and maintain vendor master data in Graphite for Oracle synchronization.
• Review and approve Purchase Requisitions for conversion to Purchase Orders.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve Purchase Requisition issues and discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly Purchasing KPI analysis and management reporting.
• Prepare Account Reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Identify opportunities to streamline AP and purchasing processes.
