Job Title: Purchasing Support Analyst

Location: Aguascalientes

About the Role

We are seeking a Purchasing Support Analyst to join a dynamic and collaborative procurement support team. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate purchase order (PO) tracking and resolution across multiple categories, focusing particularly on maintenance and safety supplies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders in English.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order Follow-Up

  • Monitor and track purchase order status through internal platforms and supplier portals.
  • Contact suppliers to obtain updates on deliveries, lead times, and confirmations.
  • Ensure all PO-related information is accurately updated in relevant systems.
  • Communicate updates proactively to relevant internal stakeholders (requestors, buyers, sourcing team, etc.).

Issue Resolution and Ticket Management

  • Manage requests and incidents through ticketing tools.
  • Address supplier credit hold issues, outdated purchase orders, and expedite/reschedule requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity in supply and accurate documentation.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Experience and Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing, or supply chain (preferred).
  • Proficiency in procurement platforms (SAP, Ariba, etc.) and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service mindset with attention to detail.
