FORVIA HELLA, located in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, is seeking an SG&A Controller to support the purchasing function. This role involves ensuring forecast accuracy, managing cost reductions, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including IRFs and their impact on P&L.
• Prior experience in purchasing or procurement is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Control and monitor purchasing operations, including price forecasts.
• Challenge purchasing teams to achieve savings and reduce costs.
• Ensure budget forecasts are precise and aligned with company KPIs.
• Evaluate impacts on P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Connect purchasing with sales and other departments to align strategies.
• Monitor Purchase Price Variance and Purchase Price Index.

SG&A CONTROLLER

Location: TLAQUEPAQUE, JALISCO

YOUR TASKS

This role is designed to support the purchasing function, ensuring accuracy in forecasts, cost reductions, and proper management of provisions. The position focuses on purchasing deviations, forecasts, and cost control.

• Purchasing oversight: Control and monitor purchasing operations, including price forecasts and expense planning.
• Cost reduction initiatives: Challenge purchasing teams to achieve savings and reduce costs.
• Provision management: Handle positive provisions (e.g., bonuses) and negative provisions.
• Forecast accuracy: Ensure budget forecasts are precise and aligned with company KPIs.
• Financial impact analysis: Evaluate impacts on P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: Connect purchasing with sales and other departments to align strategies.
• Variance tracking: Monitor PPV (Purchase Price Variance) and PPI (Purchase Price Index).

Your Qualifications

• Accounting background: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including IRFs and their impact on P&L and balance sheet.
• Purchasing experience: Prior experience in purchasing or procurement is highly desirable.
• SAP proficiency: Hands‑on experience with SAP systems.
• Analytical skills: Ability to interpret financial data, forecasts, and variances.
• Industry knowledge: Experience in automotive or electronic manufacturing industries is a plus.
