Flex is seeking an Intern Purchasing in Aguascalientes to support our teams building great products. You will report to the Materials Manager, Buyer, and help ensure timely material availability for production.

Responsibilities include generating purchasing metrics, placing orders for raw materials and purchased parts, tracking shipments, and maintaining supplier relationships to meet production needs. This internship offers exposure to ERP/MRP workflows, competitive benefits, and the

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced English (80%).
• Proficient with Office suite, especially Excel.

Mansioni

• Generate purchasing metric reports and get status from the team.
• Support all purchasing team in daily activities.
• Placing orders for necessary raw materials and purchased parts according to the requirements of the production.
• Checking the purchase orders and modifying them according to the changes in the production plan with the help of the Shortage List and the Open Purchase Order List.
• Tracking shipments, urging them if needed.
• Assuring all active components according to production needs, in time, for the accord price in the request.
• Orders, reschedules and cancels material based on requisitions and MRP output.
