Joyson Safety Systems is seeking a Purchasing Intern to support quotation and supplier follow-up activities. The role involves tracking RFQs, requesting quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely responses.

Ideal candidates are active university students in related fields with strong Excel and Office skills, ready to contribute to daily purchasing tasks and supplier communication.

Formación

• Active university student in Business, International Relations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Review the Service Tracker to identify RFQs that need to be sent to suppliers.
• Request and follow up on supplier information and quotations.
• Review quotations together with the Buyer to ensure requirements are met.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) for materials and services.
• Update tracking systems with receipts, status updates, and material progress.
• Support daily purchasing activities.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal departments.

Job Description

The Purchasing Intern will support the quotation and supplier follow-up process, ensuring accurate tracking and timely communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Review the Service Tracker to identify RFQs that need to be sent to suppliers.
• Request and follow up on supplier information and quotations.
• Review quotations together with the Buyer to ensure requirements are met.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) for materials and services.
