Formación

• Requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree.
• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Executes procurement processes and standards, including RFP management, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation.
• Serves as the primary contact for client inquiries regarding order status, changes, and cancellations for a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborates with buyers on purchasing activities for goods, materials, supplies, and services to optimize procurement efficiency.
• Prepares and processes purchase orders and payment approvals to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
• Compiles and analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other critical data to support informed decision-making.
• Assists in the development of RFPs and bid packages to ensure competitive and compliant sourcing.
• Maintains comprehensive records of purchases, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.
• Coordinates with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages or delays.
• Manages relationships with designated suppliers within a specific commodity, fostering strong partnerships.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2years prior relevant experienceoran Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both spoken and written English.

• Mastersdegree in operationsor supply chain
