A global automotive company is seeking a Purchase Analyst in Mexico to assist the procurement team with daily purchasing operations, order tracking, and documentation management. This entry-level position allows candidates to gain valuable experience in supply chain management while ensuring efficient material acquisition. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and professional English proficiency.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
  • 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (internships count).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist in the creation and follow-up of purchase orders (POs).
  • Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
  • Track deliveries and ensure on-time supply.
  • Support vendor performance tracking.
  • Help resolve issues related to invoices and delivery delays.
  • Organize and archive purchasing documentation.

Conocimientos

English: professional proficiency
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP)

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or International Trade

As a Purchase Analyst at BYD, you will support the procurement team in daily purchasing operations, order tracking, and documentation management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and follow-up of purchase orders (POs)
  • Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records
  • Track deliveries and ensure on-time supply
  • Support the procurement team in vendor performance tracking
  • Help resolve issues related to invoices, delivery delays, or discrepancies
  • Organize and archive purchasing documentation in compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related field (completed or in progress)
  • 2-4 maximum years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (internships count).
  • English: professional proficiency is a must
  • Proficiency in ERP systems experience SAP
