Job summary

You will lead requirements workshops, map business needs to SAP solutions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on designs, tests, training, and deployment, including hypercare support.

The role requires deep MM and P2P expertise, S/4HANA exposure, and strong stakeholder management; SAP certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP Materials Management (MM) and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or support.
• In-depth understanding of purchasing, inventory management, invoice management, vendor master data, and finance integration.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• SAP certifications in MM, S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and facilitate discussions with business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing procurement and accounts payable processes and recommend improvements.
• Configure and implement SAP P2P solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Support end-to-end project activities including design, build, testing, training, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on developments and integrations.
• Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Provide subject matter expertise on procurement, sourcing, purchasing, invoice verification, and supplier management processes.
• Advise clients on SAP functionality, process optimization, and transformation initiatives including S/4HANA migrations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, controls, and procurement governance standards.
