In this role, you’ll focus on reconciling suppliers and resolving discrepancies related to virtual card transactions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and bank representatives—communicating primarily in writing—to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong accounting background, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for solving problems in a fast-paced, international environment.## **Job Responsibilities**## **Issue Resolution & Communication*** Communicate with bank representatives to resolve file errors, mismatches, or missing data* Support chargeback-related tasks when needed* Escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely follow-up**Audit & Compliance Support*** Assist with internal and external audits* Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies**Process Optimization*** Identify and suggest improvements to reconciliation and payment processes* Ensure data accuracy across systems including SAP, Tableau, and external bank platforms**Required Skills*** Strong analytical and reconciliation skills* Good communication skills in English (conversational level)* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset* Intermediate Excel.
