Job Description

Responsible to lead a team of individuals that are responsible for delivering materials to or removing materials from Making, Packing, Converting or Assembly operating areas. Responsible for delivering and removing finished product from a Packing area to a Warehouse. Receives orders required to load product on a truck for customer or distribution center shipment. Maintains accurate Finished Product Inventory in a Warehouse. Responsible for material that has been shipped to a customer and then returned to P&G. Responsible for moving material to a staging area for further palletization or customization. Manually picks individual cases or layers of finished product, manually or with the assistance of a machine or robot. Responsible for the Production, Safety, Quality, Cost, delivery and Morale of the Team. Acts as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area in which they operate. Operates and maintains the equipment that they use to complete their assignments. Orders and schedules trucks, international shipment containers and rail car deliveries to and from the plant.
