Job summary

Accenture PLC in Mexico City is seeking a Proposal Manager to join the Sales Opportunity team. You will use our standard framework and tools to craft high-quality RFx responses that resonate with clients, ensuring compliance and winning themes.

You will lead proposal efforts, coordinate graphic designers, writers, and deal team authors, and manage reviews and schedules from pre-RFx to BAFO. The role requires collaboration across dispersed teams and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience.
• English language fluency (oral and written).
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-tower opportunity support for medium to large deals.
• Develop storyboards and win themes.
• Provide coaching/support for orals.
• Support due diligence efforts and contract development.
• Oversee development of deliverables for pre RFx, orals, site visits, client sessions/workshops, BAFO (Best and Final Offer).
• Participate in meetings with deal sales leadership team to discuss opportunity background, RFx response strategy, team assignments, support resources needed, reviews, schedule, and logistics.
• Create RFx response outline compliant with client requirements.
• Create RFx response schedule including milestone reviews, production, and delivery.
• Lead day-to-day proposal management activities with graphic designers, technical writers, deal team authors, etc.
• Plan, resource, and conduct RFx response reviews, and prepare review drafts.

The Work:

As a Proposal Manager, you are a crucial player on the Sales Opportunity team. You use our standard support framework, best practices, and tools to develop high-quality, compelling, and compliant RFx responses that resonate with Accenture’s clients, by:

• Providing cross-tower opportunity support for medium to large deals
• Developing storyboards and win themes
• Providing coaching/support for orals
• Supporting due diligence efforts and contract development

You Will:

• Provide support to medium to large sales opportunities.
• Oversee development of deliverables for pre RFx, orals, site visits, client sessions workshops, BAFO (Best and Final Offer), etc.
• Participate in meetings with deal sales leadership team to discuss opportunity background, RFx response strategy, team assignments, support resources needed, reviews, schedule, and support logistics.
• Create RFx response outline compliant with client requirements.
• Create RFx response schedule including milestone reviews, production, and delivery.
• Lead day to day proposal management activities including managing Graphic Designers, Technical Writers, deal team Authors, etc.
• Plan, resource, and conduct RFx response reviews, and prepare review drafts.

Here’s what you need:

• Bachelors’ degree or 4 or more years of experience doing similar work.
• English language fluency (oral and written)
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

Extra credit if you have:

• MBA
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales/sales support capability with basic understanding of the RFx lifecycle in the IT industry
• Experience with complete sales cycle
• Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.

You May Also Need:

• Travel up to 50%, Overtime anticipated during peak proposal times.
• Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs.
• Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines.
