Position Overview

The Maintenance Coordinator acts as the face of maintenance within the market, overseeing all maintenance functions related to revenue, profitability, and vendor management. This role requires proactive, decisive work, clear communication, and a focus on supporting maintenance technicians and vendors to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and own maintenance issues, ensuring follow-through and accountability.
  • Manage KPIs and processes, holding team members accountable.
  • Create opportunities and set visions for the department.
  • Solve problems independently using data and facts.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team.
  • Delegate tasks effectively.
  • Process bills and track maintenance revenue and profit.
  • Support maintenance techs by clarifying roles and expectations.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and be organized.
  • Proficiency with technology and multitasking.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with remote work is a plus.
Minimum Requirements

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST, with on-call weekends for emergencies. Starting salary: $8/hour, with growth opportunities.
