Amentum is seeking a Property Administrator to support a US Navy program on Diego Garcia. You will manage records, inventory, and documentation for government and contractor property, ensuring accountability and compliance with FAR and DoD guidelines.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2-4 years of property administration experience, proficiency with MS Office, and a valid passport for international travel.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in property administration, inventory management, or related field.
• Property management training.
• Familiarity with property tracking systems, databases, and related software.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and recordkeeping skills.
• Working knowledge of FAR and other government property management requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Must hold a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
• Ability to obtain visas and pass medical requirements for deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation for government and contractor owned property.
• Conduct inventories and control processes to ensure proper property accountability.
• Coordinate receipt, issuance, transfer, storage, and disposition of property per procedures.
• Maintain property databases and ensure records are updated timely.
• Conduct physical inventories and inspections to verify accountability and compliance.
• Develop procedures for labeling, tracking, storage, and control of property.
• Prepare reports on property status, discrepancies, losses, or changes in accountability.
• Coordinate property administration with logistics, procurement, warehousing and other departments.
• Support audits of property records, systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of property records.
