Project Engineer

You will report to: Engineering Manager in Mexico
Work model: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers and colleagues in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Rockwell automation products and solutions.
• Install and configure Rockwell automation equipment and systems in industrial environments, ensuring they function and meet customer specifications.
• Resolve technical issues in automation systems, using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques to minimize downtime and maintain equipment operation.
• Provide technical training to customers and colleagues on properly using Rockwell's automation products and solutions, and maintenance and troubleshooting best practices.
• Work with application engineers, product developers, and other internal Rockwell teams, as well as external customers and partners, to ensure the delivery of automation projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive, electrical, mechanical, or related engineering or related field.
• 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Rockwell Automation products.
• Intermediate English.
• Your work will involve 80% travel, so travel availability is required.
