Job summary

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner of choice located in Guadalajara North, Campus. We are seeking a Project Specialist to manage low-medium complexity projects, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and quality.

You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and technical requirements, and communicate with customers and internal teams to meet KPIs. The role requires strong SMT process engineering background, a BA/BS/MBA or equivalent, fluent English, and solid project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Help establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
• Review and communicate customer requirements, specifications, and project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams.
• Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas.
• Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.
• Develop status reports, including project financials, insuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
• Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures and project deliverables.
• Conduct presentations concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
• Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.
• Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and singly contributor groups.
