Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Project Quality Specialist to drive quality compliance within Project Management Execution at customer sites. You will support operations, standardization, documentation, CAPA handling, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 2+ years of experience, and fluency in Spanish and English. Travel to customer sites may be required as part of project support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong problem solving, continuous improvement, lean, and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and implement complex influencing/negotiating strategies at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for centralized quality assurance and control activities for a given project or group of projects at customer site.
• Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy.
• Support the development of the Quality Culture on requirement management, Customer Complaint management, Non-conformity management and align with Global instructions.
• Work with team members to find creative solutions to address complex problems. Travel to support team.
