Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to develop, plan, and deliver projects across the Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics functions within the Mexico Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning projects that help the company to maximize operational efficiency, manage and reduce costs, best support customers and consumers, and achieve ambitious growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to improve supply chain capability and efficiency in Mexico.

• Develop and manage project plans, teams, processes, and tools to help the company achieve ambitious expansion and transformation plans.

• Proactively manage detailed communications, timelines, and tasks across internal teams and external teams and vendors.

• Deep collaboration across the Mexico and USA supply chain teams. Deep collaboration with Mexico based and international based 3PLs and vendors.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to align operational capabilities and performance to the broader country strategy.Collaborate externally with retail customer warehousing and logistics teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehousing/logistics roles, with proven success leading complex operational projects.
• Experience working in FMCG, food/beverage, or cold chain environments is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to move from strategy to execution—comfortable on the warehouse floor and in transformation meetings.
• Experience working with external 3PLs. Experience with warehouse automation technology and label automation technology is a plus.
• High attention to detail. Desire and ability to develop long terms plans, actively manage complex relationships, and support the delivery of ongoing day-to-day performance.
• Desire and ability to lead detailed projects, proactively managing communications and tasks across multiple internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
