The Project Manager Validation Services for Latin America will be responsible for building strategic relationships with local pharmaceutical regulatory authorities. The goal is to drive business development and enhance current validation services across the SSB business.

Grow With Us - Your Responsibilities & Tasks

• Strengthen Sartorius validation services presence and market share in Latin America.
• Build strategic relationships with local pharmaceutical regulatory authorities and position the company as a regulatory consultant in the biopharmaceutical industry to enhance its local technical reputation and support long-term business growth.
• Enhance SSB validation services and/or a regulatory integrated approach by advancing customer consultancy approaches globally.
• Drive and oversee business development of validation services in collaboration with the sales organization.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences in Latin America, identifying key industries requiring validation services.
• Develop solutions tailored to the regulatory requirements and business practices of Latin American countries.
• Provide exceptional customer support and training programs to ensure effective utilization of Sartorius services.
• Strengthen the sales network by hiring local sales representatives familiar with the cultural and business landscape.

What Will Convince Us - Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical, or chemical engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the life science industry, with 3 years in commercial and/or marketing roles preferred.
• Understanding of filtration and single-use technology and their applications is preferred.
• Experience in risk analysis and process review.
• Knowledge of process development and cGMP bioprocessing (upstream, downstream, formulation, filling) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulations and regulatory filings, especially in local cGMP and guidelines.
• Familiarity with regulatory documents, sterile processes, and single-use technology.
• Good project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work cross-functionally without formal authority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
