A leading company in mechanical seals seeks a customer liaison role responsible for technical support, training, and project completion. The position requires skills developed through formal training or work experience, fostering collaboration between customers and sales engineers.

Responsibilities:Acts as customers’ primary source of information regarding design, application, installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical seals
Acts as a liaison between customers and the company's sales engineers, technical support engineers, customer service, and manufacturing
Completes projects requiring both hands-on and mathematical approaches such as failure analysis reports, product performance reports, and engineering analyses
Evaluates reports and data to support recommendations for improvement, replacement, or repair of equipment
Conducts technical training as needed for our customers
Has skills developed through formal training or work experience
