Bluelight, a fast-growing software consultancy, is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead software development initiatives. You will drive delivery across multiple teams, align with client expectations, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, strong Agile/Scrum or Kanban experience, excellent stakeholder communication, and a pragmatic approach to risk and dependencies. Remote-friendly with overlap to US hours; Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide client-facing status reporting and translation of technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Utilize Jira, Asana, or similar tools for project tracking.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams and ensure alignment with US business hours.
