Bluelight is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives across multiple teams. You will oversee budgets, schedules, risk management, and vendor coordination while maintaining strong client relationships and clear status reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in project management for software solutions, experience with Agile/Scrum, and the ability to align with US business hours. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and nearshore delivery is a key focus.

• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management
• Experience managing client dependency registers with dates, owners, escalation
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes
• Experience managing scope, budgets, and timelines across multiple workstreams
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, timelines)
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and status reporting
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management, translating technical concepts for non-technical clients
• Experience identifying and mitigating project risks/dependencies
• Background with large, complex systems and distributed teams
• Ability to overlap US business hours

Requirements

• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines (e.g., product launches, trade shows) with critical-path and buffer management
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines)
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams
