Project Manager - Site Supervision

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety. You will assist the Senior Project Manager with document control, client communication, reporting, and coordinating weekly meetings.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading entire projects from start to finish as the project leader.
2. Managing bidding and construction phases, including distributing bid packages, organizing pre-bid conferences, reviewing contractor bids, and presenting to clients.
3. Providing construction management services during the construction phase in coordination with the Senior Project Manager.
4. Reviewing contractor documents, preparing weekly reports, leading construction meetings, reviewing submittals and drawings, tracking schedules, and reviewing payments.
5. Managing on-site issues, coordinating inspections, and ensuring adherence to time, cost, quality, codes, and safety standards throughout construction.
6. Overseeing the delivery of final documents and as-built drawings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required; bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Experience in civil works is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial site supervision or similar roles.
• Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
