Siemens Energy seeks a Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end ERP migration to SAP S/4HANA and manage onsite rollout activities at the León site. You will bridge with cluster teams, coordinate local stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in project management, strong manufacturing process knowledge, fluent English, and PMP certification or equivalent. You will lead workshops, validate scope, and drive change with the rollout team.

• 8+ years of experience in project management, with SAP S/4HANA migrations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry best practices.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge connection with the Cluster Team and Local Business to support all project phases and ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
• Collaborate with the Business Cluster Manager to identify local business key users, data stewards and change agents for the rollout.
• Ensure resource availability of the local rollout team and plan the local rollout project with the Rollout Cluster Team.
• Provide inputs for rollout assessment and validate the project scope.
• Coordinate and steer all activities at the local site according to the rollout plan.
• Track and monitor deliverables and milestones to identify delays and risks early.
• Act as an ambassador for the S4E rollout at the local site to increase end-user acceptance.
• Lead review sessions after Go-Live to discuss lessons learned.

Program Manager – S/4HANA Migration

Overview: The Program Manager will oversee the end‑to‑end migration of the existing ERP system to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring successful onsite rollout execution.

Responsibilities

• Bridge connection with the Cluster Team and Local Business to support all project phases and ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
• Collaborate with the Business Cluster Manager to identify and select local business key users, data stewards, and change agents for the local rollout team.
• Ensure resource availability of the local rollout team for project activities and thoroughly prepare and plan the local rollout project in collaboration with the Rollout Cluster Team.
• Provide inputs for rollout assessment and validate and finalize the project scope.
• Participate in Enterprise Structure workshops to draft the Enterprise Structure Configuration list alongside the Business Cluster Manager and Key Users.
• Coordinate and steer all activities at the local site according to the defined rollout project plan.
• Track and monitor deliverables and milestones to identify delays and risks early on.
• Act as an ambassador for the S4E rollout project at the local site to increase acceptance among end users.
• Lead review sessions after successful Go‑Live to discuss and document lessons learned.
• Support knowledge transfer between local rollout projects with the assistance of the Change Agent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, with an emphasis on SAP S/4HANA data migrations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully facilitating large‑scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools.
