Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Program Manager – ERP Deployment to lead SAP S/4HANA deployments across Global Supply Chain manufacturing plants. The role focuses on managing ERP deployment projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring standardized business processes are implemented across sites.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or Business.
  • 5–8 years of experience in ERP project or program management, preferably SAP.
  • Experience participating in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA deployments in manufacturing/supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and coordinate SAP S/4HANA deployment projects for GSC manufacturing plants.
  • Support adoption of standardized processes across Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Warehousing (EWM), and QM.
  • Coordinate deployment activities across all project phases including build, data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
  • Ensure plant readiness through planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Facilitate collaboration between GSC, Schneider Digital, deployment teams, and plant stakeholders.
  • Monitor scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies for successful delivery.
  • Support integration with shopfloor systems (MES) and other connected apps.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize business impact.
  • Coordinate go-live preparation and stabilization for a smooth transition.
  • Contribute to change management, communication, training, and user adoption initiatives.

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Program Manager – ERP Deployment to support the deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions across Global Supply Chain (GSC) manufacturing plants.

This role is responsible for managing ERP deployment projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of standardized business processes across manufacturing sites. The Program Manager will work closely with GSC stakeholders, plant teams, and Schneider Digital to deliver deployments in alignment with global program objectives, operational requirements, and business priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate SAP S/4HANA deployment projects for GSC manufacturing plants.
  • Support the adoption of standardized processes across Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Warehousing (EWM), and Quality (QM).

Position Requirements
  • Ability to manage ERP deployment activities in manufacturing and supply chain environments.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
  • Ability to balance global standards with local business requirements.
  • Experience supporting change management and business adoption initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and project deliverables simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25–40% across GSC manufacturing sites.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in ERP project or program management, preferably within SAP environments.
  • Experience participating in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA deployments in manufacturing or supply chain organizations.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules such as PP, MM, EWM, and QM.
  • Experience supporting data migration, testing activities (SIT/UAT), and cutover execution.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
