Role: PM Design

Location Requirement: Guadalajara (Hybrid)

What Does success mean in this role?

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Interactive Design, Computer Science, Project Management) and 5+ years of experience as a PM (or a Designer who has 2+ years of experience as a PM) in a digital design or web marketing/advertising industry or similar role.
2. Strong leadership and effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
5. Experience developing project plans for UX centric scope in an iterative software development environment.
6. Strong understanding of interactive design principles, UX/UI best practices, and web development processes.
7. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and/or product teams (motion, interaction, UX research, engineering, content strategy) on technical implementation.
8. Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
9. Technical savvy and the ability to master the tools we use—from Excel to project management to proprietary applications.
10. The ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from Marketing, Product, Creative and partners.
