Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Initiation
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify project stakeholders and establish communication plans.
Execution & Monitoring
- Lead project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and alignment with goals.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Manage risks and issues, proactively identifying solutions.
Communication & Reporting
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to leadership and project sponsors.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure proper documentation of decisions and action items.
Budget & Resource Management
- Monitor project budgets and control expenditures.
- Coordinate with resource managers to secure necessary staffing and equipment.
Closure & Evaluation
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Document and archive project deliverables and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (required).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in project management software
- Risk management and conflict resolution expertise.
